Carbon Skin Customized Wetsuit
The CARBON SKIN Customized wetsuit is made with an exclusive smooth external neoprene and internal split designed and supplied by C4 Carbon and totally worked in Italy in collaboration with Abyssub.
Description
Carbon Skin Customized Wetsuit
The C4 CARBONSKIN neoprene, unlike the classic smooth split neoprene, has a polyurethane film laminated over the smooth skin, which gives the material greater resistance to tearing, wear and UV rays. This neoprene actually behaves like a macrocellular in terms of elasticity and softness, but like a microcellular in the maximum depth compression phase. The elastic memory of this particular neoprene is also superior to a classic neoprene, considerably increasing its resistance to crushing over time.
Each custom-made CARBON SKIN wetsuit is produced 100% in Italy. Each CARBON SKIN wetsuit is designed with a new generation CAD program, this allows you to create a highly precise garment. The model is pre-shaped, both where our body produces a specific movement and where it requires an enveloping fit.
Technical features
The lumbar, front and rear areas and inner thighs are made by default entirely in internal split and external lined making the garment resistant in the areas most at risk of abrasion. The butt gluing is carried out in an environment with controlled temperature/humidity parameters, guaranteeing maximum quality and durability. Furthermore, an additional finishing coat is given to the internal part of the suit, applying 12 reinforcement disks at the critical intersections, 7 in the jacket, 5 in the trousers, to obtain maximum applicable toughness. In each raw cut (facial, wrists and ankles) a border of smooth split material is applied which also guarantees greater stability of the extremities. The best adhesives/glues are used for construction, which, combined with an accurate construction and quality control process, make this product unique on the market.
