Miles de hilos individuales muy finos fusionados entre ellos constituyen un hilado m\u00e1s grueso que puede entrelazarse tanto en textura como en urdido, creando un verdadero tejido de carbono.
\nLos tejidos de carbono se utilizan en general para realizar una gran variedad de \u00abcompuestos\u00ab, as\u00ed llamados porque est\u00e1n constituidos por las fibras de carbono y una denominada matriz, en general de resina, cuya funci\u00f3n es de mantener en \u00abposici\u00f3n\u00ab las fibras m\u00e1s robustas (para que mantengan la correcta orientaci\u00f3n durante la absorci\u00f3n de los esfuerzos), de proteger las fibras y tambi\u00e9n de mantener la forma de la pieza compuesta.\u00bb]La fibre de carbono, el tejido de carbono y como se utiliza[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_custom_heading sub_lead=\u00bbyes\u00bb subheading=\u00bbExisten diferentes tipos de fibras de carbono que se diferencian entre ellas debido a distintos valores de resistencia y de m\u00f3dulo el\u00e1stico. Unas palas para aletas excelentes deben de ser resistentes y al mismo tiempo flexibles y \u00e1giles. Todo eso se obtiene
\nutilizando los hilados High Tensil (alta resistencia), que tienen la mejor elasticidad entre los varios tipos de fibras de carbono, y utilizando un bajo porcentaje de resina en el material compuesto. Un incremento adicional de las caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas de las palas se obtiene utilizando tejidos de tipo \u00abSpread Tow\u00ab (v\u00e9ase la imagen 2). Tejidos que convierten las palas en muy \u00e1giles y que al mismo tiempo reducen la posibilidad de rupturas.
